Kathleen "Kathy" (Reinke) Wilsman, 87, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2017, at West River Health Campus. She was born August 6, 1929, in Santa Claus, IN, to the late Willis W. and Esther F. (Tischendorf) Reinke.

She graduated from Deaconess School of Nursing in 1950, and was an active member of Simpson United Methodist Church for most of her life. She was also a devoted volunteer for the American Cancer Society.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Paul E....

Wilsman; daughters, Paulette Miller and Barb (Rod) Engel; sons, Bruce (Lisa) Wilsman, Stacey (Mickie) Wilsman and John (Mary Ann) Wilsman; grandchildren, Michelle Miller, Melissa (Bill Conaway) Miller, Lindsey (Matt) Kelley, Neal (Amber) Engel, Jaime (Michael) Wilder, Sara Wilsman, Brandon Wilsman, Carrie Wilsman, Kristi (Dan) Schuster, Ryan Rupp, Jill Snyder, Ashley Shake and Jessica Rosek; great-grandchildren, Wesley Miller, Grace and Erika Kelley, Avery and Andrew Engel, Audrey and Ava Wilder, Lorelei and Lincoln Wilsman, Cooper and Katelynn Snyder, and Brayden and Kinsley Shake; sisters, Norma Jean (Bill) Steimer and Nancy (Harold) Byers; sister-in-law, Mildred Koenig; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, March 17, 2017, at Simpson United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Dennis Adams, with entombment in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel and Friday from 9:00 AM until service time at the church.
